  Learn about the CLA's
conceptual underpinnings,
psychometric foundation and
its value added
methodology.  You will also
be taken through sample CLA
tasks.  This web conference
also outlines how some of the
additional features of the
CLA -- including the CLA
Spotlight Series and
Performance Task Academy,
make for a full programmatic
experience.
Learn how to administer the
CLA, including: how to
sample and recruit students,
what your data gathering
responsibilities will be, and
what types of reports your
institution can expect to
receive.
Learn about the application
of the CLA for high schools
through the CWRA  In
addition to some of the
content that is also shared
during Introduction to the
CLA, attendees of this web
conference can learn more
about how the CWRA can
provide information about
how college ready your
students are with respect to
general education skills.
As a curricular and pedagogical
program, the Performance Task
Academy allows campus
members to delve into one of the
foundational underpinnings of the
CLA & CWRA. Much like a
Performance Task Academy, this
web conference will be
interactive and engage
participants in a
mini-performance task activity.
Please email cla@cae.org in order to receive instructions on how to attend any of the above web conferences.  When
requesting instructions, please provide your name, institution, email address and -- of course -- the date(s) and title(s) of any of
the web conferences you wish to attend.
